Issues of legitimacy in media relations and advertising arise regularly.<\/p>\n

We support our clients in their civil media law interests (assertion of or defense against the right of reply or rectification) resp. in issues of media criminal law.<\/p>\n

We offer support to our clients (providers or advertisers) for their advertising events and in drafting contracts (advertising, printing and direct mailing contracts, sponsoring contracts etc.) as well as in unfair competition issues, product-related advertising restrictions and restricted sales events and nota bene in all matters relating to advertising in the media.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
